1. The service
Billsato is a free tool for producing invoice PDFs in your browser, operated by Aranzolm Technologies LLC. Using it means accepting these terms.
2. Your invoices are yours
We claim no rights over anything you create with Billsato. Because your invoices are generated on your own device and never sent to us, we could not use them even if we wanted to.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for what your invoices say — the amounts, the tax treatment, the numbering, and whether they meet the legal requirements of your country and your client's. Billsato produces a document from what you type; it does not check it.
Nothing here is accounting, tax or legal advice. If an invoice has to satisfy a particular regulator, have someone qualified confirm that it does.
4. Availability
The service is free and provided as it is, without any promise that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of defects. We may change or withdraw it at any time. Because your work is stored in your own browser, keep your own copy of any invoice that matters — download the PDF.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Billsato to produce fraudulent documents, to impersonate another business, or for anything unlawful.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Aranzolm Technologies LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of Billsato, including lost data, unpaid or disputed invoices, or errors in a document you generated. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
