Invoicing carpet cleaning
Price per room (with a size limit) or per square foot, and list stairs, hallways, area rugs and upholstery separately. Treatments such as spot removal, pet odor enzyme and protector are add-ons. Name your method (hot water extraction, low-moisture), drying time, and any stains you couldn’t guarantee. Commercial jobs are usually priced per square foot.

Per room for homes, with a size cap; per square foot for large rooms and commercial spaces.
Should I charge to move furniture?
Many cleaners move light furniture free and charge for heavy pieces. Say so before the job.
Do I guarantee stain removal?
No. Note which stains were treated and that some may be permanent.
