What to include
- The service address and the dates of each visit.
- The type of clean: standard, deep, move-in/move-out, post-construction.
- Add-ons as separate lines: inside oven, fridge, cabinets, windows, laundry.
- Recurring discount, if you give one, as its own line or in the rate.
- Cancellation policy, briefly.
Billing recurring clients
Weekly and biweekly clients usually prefer one invoice a month listing each visit, or payment on the day. Commercial clients typically want a monthly invoice with their purchase order or contract number, net 15 or net 30. Supplies are normally included in residential rates; for commercial accounts, consumables like paper and soap are often billed separately.
