Invoicing translation work
Bill per source word for documents, with a minimum fee for short jobs; per hour for editing, transcreation and review; and per page for certified documents. Name the language pair, the project or file, and how words were counted. Agencies often send a purchase order. Quote its number on the invoice, or it may not be paid. Show rush fees and repetition discounts (from translation memory) as their own lines.
