Invoicing pool service
Bill routine service monthly: the number of visits at your per-visit rate, or a flat monthly fee. List chemicals separately if they aren’t included, and bill repairs with parts named by brand and model. Say what each visit includes so customers know what they’re paying for. Openings and closings are usually flat fees. Some states require a license for pool repair work involving electrical or plumbing.
Frequently asked questions
Are chemicals included in the monthly price?
Either works. Many companies include routine chlorine and bill extra chemicals such as shock or algaecide as used.
Should I bill per visit or monthly?
Monthly, listing the visits. It’s simpler for customers and you.
How do I handle skipped visits?
Bill only visits made, or credit missed ones if you charge a flat monthly fee.
