Quoting pressure washing
Turn your per-square-foot rates into a fixed price per surface, and offer a package discount for booking several. Name the method for each (soft wash for siding and roofs, pressure for concrete), the chemicals used, and what you can’t guarantee, such as old oil stains. Offer sealing and gutter brightening as options with their own prices.
See the pressure washing estimate template for per-square-foot pricing.
From accepted quote to invoice
A quote is a fixed offer: once the client accepts it in writing, by signing it or replying to say yes, both sides are bound by its price and scope. Keep the accepted copy. When the work is done, open the quote in the free quote maker and switch it to Invoice, or start from the pressure washing invoice template. Anything the client added later goes on its own line.
Frequently asked questions
Should I quote per square foot or per job?
Calculate per square foot, quote per job. Customers decide faster on a single price.
Do I need to visit before quoting?
Satellite measurements and photos are usually enough for homes; visit for large commercial jobs.
Should sealing be included?
Offer it as an option; it adds value and profit, but not every customer wants it.
