Quoting print jobs
The per-piece price depends on quantity, colors and print locations; show the quantity break the price uses. List one-time setup (screens, plates) separately, plus size upcharges. Require proof approval, and state turnaround from approval. For paper printing, state stock, size, finish and quantity the same way.
From accepted quote to invoice
A quote is a fixed offer: once the client accepts it in writing, by signing it or replying to say yes, both sides are bound by its price and scope. Keep the accepted copy. When the work is done, open the quote in the free quote maker and switch it to Invoice, or start from the service invoice template. Anything the client added later goes on its own line.
Frequently asked questions
Why separate screen fees?
They’re one-time; reorders of the same design may not need them.
Do big sizes cost more?
Usually, as blank prices rise with size.
What if colors don’t match?
Approve a proof, and say colors may vary slightly between screens and fabrics.
