Seasonal snow contracts

A seasonal contract gives the customer one predictable price and gives you guaranteed income. State the season dates, trigger depth, services, response time after snowfall ends, and a cap on events with a per-push price beyond it. Bill in monthly installments. For per-push work, use the snow removal invoice template.

From accepted quote to invoice

A quote is a fixed offer: once the client accepts it in writing, by signing it or replying to say yes, both sides are bound by its price and scope. Keep the accepted copy. When the work is done, open the quote in the free quote maker and switch it to Invoice, or start from the snow removal invoice template. Anything the client added later goes on its own line.

Frequently asked questions

What if it barely snows?

The seasonal price stands; that’s the trade for certainty in heavy winters.

Should salting be included?

Either, but say which. Many contracts bill it per application.

What response time should I promise?

Commonly within a set number of hours after snowfall ends.
